Follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery. Tracking information is updated directly by the shipping carrier and may take a little time to refresh after each scan.
Order Confirmed
Your order is carefully reviewed and prepared before leaving our fulfillment center. Processing takes 1–3 business days.
Shipped
Once collected by the carrier, your tracking number becomes active. Initial updates can take up to 48 hours.
In Transit
Your package travels through multiple distribution centers. Temporary pauses between tracking scans are completely normal.
Delivered
Your order arrives at the shipping address provided during checkout. Need assistance? We're always happy to help.

Tracking updates can occasionally take up to 48 hours after the previous scan before new information appears.
